2. How to maintain the food truck and its equipment?
The stainless steel interior is easy to clean—just wipe it with a mild detergent and water after daily use. For the appliances, we provide a 12-month warranty for all standard components, and we can also send a maintenance guide with step-by-step instructions for routine checks (e.g., refrigerator temperature calibration, sink pipe cleaning).
3. Is the food truck suitable for all weather conditions?
Yes. The exterior is made of waterproof and rust-resistant metal panels, and the interior is equipped with insulation layers to keep the temperature stable—whether you're operating in hot summer or cold winter. Optional rain awnings and sunshades are also available for outdoor use.
4. What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
For international customers, we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Trade Assurance. We can also discuss flexible terms for bulk orders.

We ship the food truck in a standard 20ft or 40ft container, fully wrapped with protective film to prevent scratches during transit. We cooperate with reliable freight forwarders and can arrange door-to-door delivery to your designated address (including customs clearance assistance if needed).
