Precise High-Temperature Pressure Sterilization: Adopts high-temperature pressure steam technology (adjustable temperature range 50-135℃, pressure up to 0.3MPa) to thoroughly kill microorganisms in canned foods (such as meat, fruits, sauces, and aquatic products). It can accurately control the sterilization temperature and holding time, ensuring the products meet commercial sterility standards .
Uniform Heating & Sterilization: Equipped with three-dimensional circulating spray or dynamic water circulation system, combined with optional swing or rotary stirring structure, the temperature difference in the pot is controlled within ±0.5℃. It avoids local under-sterilization or over-sterilization caused by uneven heating, ensuring consistent quality of each batch of products .
