      This is a high-precision metal detection device that can accurately identify metal impurities such as iron, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel mixed in the production and processing of food, medicine, toys, etc.

       It adopts dual-channel signal detection circuit and digital chip processing technology, paired with a 4.3-inch touch screen, which can automatically learn and reduce product effect interference, while storing parameters for 100 products. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with food-grade belts and imported accessories, featuring stable and reliable operation, buzzer alarm, and anti-seismic and false-alarm prevention functions, building a solid safety line for the production process.

This metal detector uses dual-channel signal detection circuit technology, which delivers outstanding detection sensitivity and strong anti-interference capability. It can accurately identify even tiny metal impurities like iron, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel in complex production environments, effectively avoiding false detection and missed detection to ensure product safety.

The entire frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel using laser cutting, welding, and wire drawing processes, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene standards. It is paired with food-grade PVC/PU belts, Japanese brand bearings, and 5cm thick 304 seamless steel tube rollers, making it durable and compliant with food safety requirements.

With an automatic product effect learning function, the detector can intelligently reduce interference from products such as sugary foods and salty meat products, which tend to generate metal-like signals. Equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen, the device features an intuitive interface that enables quick parameter adjustment and product management.
