Q1: Does your company provide on-site support for the installation and commissioning of this centrifuge?
A: We provide two types of installation and commissioning support: remote guidance and on-site service. Remote guidance (including video calls and online document guidance) is free of charge and can help customers solve most installation and commissioning problems.
Q2: What are the wearing parts of the centrifuge? What is the approximate service life of these wearing parts?
A: The core wearing parts of this centrifuge mainly include: wear-resistant coating of screw blades, bearing sealing rings, feed inlet bushing, and wear-resistant ring of slag discharge port. The service life of wearing parts is affected by material characteristics (such as corrosion and solid content) and operation intensity. Under normal working conditions: the service life of the wear-resistant coating of screw blades is about 8,000-12,000 hours, the bearing sealing rings is about 6,000-8,000 hours, and the feed inlet bushing and wear-resistant ring of slag discharge port is about 10,000-15,000 hours.
Q3: Can this centrifuge be customized and adjusted according to our specific materials (such as high-viscosity chemical slurry)?
A: It can be completely customized and adjusted according to the customer's specific materials. For materials such as high-viscosity chemical slurry, we usually optimize from three aspects:
1. Adjust the internal structure of the bowl (such as adding guide plates to reduce material retention);
2. Optimize the screw conveying angle (adjust from the conventional 8.5° to 6-7° to improve material conveying efficiency);
3. Upgrade the feed system (adopt heated and insulated feed pipes to prevent high-viscosity materials from solidifying and blocking).
