Practical configuration

Two independent stainless steel filter barrels. Crude oil is filtered twice at the same time, twice as fast as single-barrel filtration. The filtered oil is cleaner with less than 0.5% impurities, no extra settling needed.

Variable-diameter screw with wear-resistant coating. It adjusts for soft (peanut/rapeseed) and hard (sesame/walnut) oilseeds to prevent clogging and improve oil yield (e.g. peanut oil yield up to 42%-45%).

PU brake wheels: load up to 200kg, works well on rough roads and store steps.

Sesame seeds: Oil content 50%-60%, suitable for cold pressing. The extracted oil has a rich aroma and clear color, making it an excellent raw material for sesame oil production.
Peanuts: Oil content 45%-55%, supports pressing with or without shells. Cold pressing preserves unsaturated fatty acids, while hot pressing increases oil yield. Suitable for home and small-scale commercial use.
Walnuts: Oil content 60%-70%, requires pre-crushing and shelling. Cold-pressed oil is rich in linolenic acid and other nutrients, suitable for high-end edible oil processing.
