The strong and stable pressure, without fluctuations, effectively compresses the oil-bearing cells, resulting in a 2% to 5% higher oil yield compared to ordinary models.  Equipped with a precision pressure regulating valve, it allows for precise adjustment of the pressing pressure and holding time based on the characteristics of different oilseeds such as sesame, peanuts, and tea seeds, preventing the mixing of residue caused by over-pressing.

The thickened manganese steel body is sturdy and resistant to deformation, with a rust-proof powder-coated surface; the pressing barrel, press head, and other parts that come into contact with the materials are all made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, with a polished inner wall for easy cleaning; the oil outlet features a double-layer filter screen to filter impurities, and the sealed design ensures pressure retention and prevents leakage.

One-click automated process + manual/automatic dual modes make it easy for beginners to use; built-in triple protection against overload, overpressure, and leakage, with an emergency stop button for safety; universal wheels at the bottom and fixed support feet allow for flexible switching between mobility and stability.

Sesame seeds: Oil content 50%-60%, suitable for cold pressing. The extracted oil has a rich aroma and clear color, making it an excellent raw material for sesame oil production.
Peanuts: Oil content 45%-55%, supports pressing with or without shells. Cold pressing preserves unsaturated fatty acids, while hot pressing increases oil yield. Suitable for home and small-scale commercial use.
Walnuts: Oil content 60%-70%, requires pre-crushing and shelling. Cold-pressed oil is rich in linolenic acid and other nutrients, suitable for high-end edible oil processing.
Tea seeds (Camellia seeds): Oil content 30%-40%, requires drying and shelling. The extracted tea oil has a high smoke point and is resistant to spoilage, representing a healthy, high-quality oil.
