This all-in-one Fresh Corn Threshing Production Line (designed by Henan Foodline Machinery Co., Ltd.) is a high-efficiency, automated solution tailored for large-scale processing of fresh corn. Engineered with food-grade stainless steel, the line integrates multiple functions—from corn feeding, cleaning, and threshing to sorting, drying, and conveying—streamlining the entire workflow from raw corn cobs to clean, separated corn kernels.

Using a high-pressure blower to blow away the moisture on the surface of food, quickly dehydrate and make the processed material dry and clean. Suitable for matching various assembly line operations to improve the automation level of enterprise production. Effectively protecting the color and quality of the material itself, environmental protection, energy conservation, and consumption reduction.

The machine is equipped with a frequency converter for speed control, simple operation, high threshing rate, adjustable threshing depth. The cut kernels are uniform, full, and do not leak juice. It can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the corn cob, suitable for threshing various sizes of corn. Multiple machines can be used in combination, greatly improving production efficiency. Suitable for corn canning factories and various corn processed food factories.

First, feed the corn raw materials into the bubble washer to complete the initial cleaning;

Then, the cleaned corn enters the steam heating blancher, where it is treated with steam to reach a state suitable for processing;

Next, the blanched corn goes into the vibrating water drainage machine to remove excess surface moisture;

After draining, the material becomes a semi-finished product, which is transported to the air dryer via the elevator for further drying;

Finally, it passes through the cleaning cooler for cooling and secondary cleaning, and the finished corn kernels are obtained.
