The two stainless steel filter barrels utilize an independent sealed chamber and circulating filtration structure. The extracted crude oil is simultaneously diverted into both barrels, and the built-in fine mesh filters enable simultaneous "primary filtration + secondary fine filtration" – not only is this twice as fast as single-barrel filtration, but it also prevents oil accumulation and oxidation. The filtered oil is clearer, with a residual impurity rate of less than 0.5%, eliminating the need for additional settling and sedimentation.

The barrel features a stepped, variable-diameter screw design with a nitrided wear-resistant coating: for soft oilseeds like peanuts and rapeseed, the screw pitch is wider to prevent excessive compression and clogging; for hard oilseeds like sesame and walnuts, the screw pitch is steeper to enhance pressing force.  Combined with the "oilseed-specific parameter settings" on the electronic control panel, the oil yield for different raw materials can be consistently maintained at a high level within the industry (for example, peanut oil yield can reach 42%-45%).

The machine's casters are polyurethane wheels with brakes: they can bear a load of up to 200kg (including the weight of the contents), and they won't easily get stuck when pushed on unpaved rural roads or over store steps.  When stopped, simply engage the brakes for stable operation;
The pressing chamber and filter barrel are both quick-release structures: they can be disassembled and cleaned individually without tools, preventing oil residue from spoiling and ensuring that there will be no "flavor mixing" or "clogging" issues even with long-term use.

Sesame seeds: Oil content 50%-60%, suitable for cold pressing. The extracted oil has a rich aroma and clear color, making it an excellent raw material for sesame oil production.
Peanuts: Oil content 45%-55%, supports pressing with or without shells. Cold pressing preserves unsaturated fatty acids, while hot pressing increases oil yield. Suitable for home and small-scale commercial use.
Walnuts: Oil content 60%-70%, requires pre-crushing and shelling. Cold-pressed oil is rich in linolenic acid and other nutrients, suitable for high-end edible oil processing.
Tea seeds (Camellia seeds): Oil content 30%-40%, requires drying and shelling. The extracted tea oil has a high smoke point and is resistant to spoilage, representing a healthy, high-quality oil.
Almonds: Oil content 50%-60%, cold-pressed oil has a mild taste and is rich in vitamin E, suitable for food processing and direct consumption.
